NO FACEPAINT, confetti, playdough or glitter as these stains cannot be removed.

Shoes off, socks on.

No sharp objects - scissors, plastic animals or toys in soft play area or on bouncy castles.

No high heels on the mats, no exceptions.

No food or drinks allowed on play equipment.

Adult supervision is required at all times.
We recommend a space of at least 4m x 6m for our mega play packages. If adding a bouncy castle you will need at least 10m x 4m.

We always recommend an indoor venue, but if choosing an outdoor set up please ensure:

The ground is flat and free from dirt/gravel/rocks.

Grass has been mowed several days prior to booking to ensure clippings are not loose and staining equipment.

Bouncy castles are set up no further than 25m from a power source.
